Refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy – Sunnyside Clothing
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Important Notes:

Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns will be issued as store credit only (excluding shipping fees).

Returns without prior request via email will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return: Email us at orders@sunnysideclothingph.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label.

Refunds
Refunds are only processed for:

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Orders confirmed and agreed upon by our team
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank.
Note: We do not refund orders returned to sender (RTS) or for change-of-mind reasons unless pre-approved.
Exchange Guidelines

You may exchange for a different size or an item of similar value.

Exchange is allowed once per order only.

You will cover both ways' shipping costs unless the mistake was on our end.

Our Commitment
If we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping and either refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.
