WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our very hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. For Metro Manila orders, we estimate you’ll receive your order within 1-2 business days srrival after ship out, for Provincial expect 2-4 business days arrival after ship out.
HOW DO I PROCEED IF MY ORDER DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once an order has been shipped to the address provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. If your order goes MIA, please contact the shipping provider noted in your shipping confirmation email.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information is encoded as soon as your package reaches the dispatch warehouse. This may take up to 24 hours from ship out date. If you were not able to obtain the status of your package, please check again at a later time.
